Solphos, LLC (“Solphos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy applies to solphos.com and describes how we collect, use, and protect information from visitors, homeowners, and homebuilders who use our site or request a solar, battery, or EV charging quote.

When you fill out a quote request, WSEC review request, contact form, or other form on our site, we collect the information you submit — typically your name, company (for builders), email address, phone number, project address, and details about your project such as system type, timeline, or plan set links.

Information collected automatically

When you browse our site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and how you interact with our site.

Necessary

Marketing

Used to measure the performance of our advertising and identify likely customers. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and website visitor identification technology (IdentityMatrix) that helps our marketing team recognize returning visitors and businesses.

If you request a solar design or quote, we may also use Aurora Solar, a third-party solar design platform, to generate your proposal. Analytics and Marketing cookies are only set if you accept them; Necessary cookies are always active.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

✓ Respond to your quote requests and prepare system designs and pricing

✓ Communicate with you about your project, including by phone, email, and text

✓ Manage permitting, utility interconnection, and WSEC energy credit paperwork on your behalf

✓ Improve our website and understand which content and services are most useful

✓ Measure and improve the performance of our marketing

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

✓ Service providers who help us operate our business, such as Aurora Solar (design), our hosting and analytics providers, and permitting or utility agencies as required to complete your project

✓ Analytics and advertising partners listed above, in accordance with your cookie preferences

✓ Government agencies or authorities when required by law

Data Retention

We retain the information you provide for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, complete your project, and comply with our legal and tax obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the tools listed above.
